Qualified and experienced employees

The loaders sub frames which are adapted specifically to each tractor are hand-assembled and hand-welded. Even when we are very busy with work, no interim takes part in this working step of the loaders. Only qualified employees are allowed to do it (generally more than 20 years of experience).

10% of the employees are working on the research and development

The innovation is really important for the company COCHET. Five persons are part of the engineering and design department and register an average of 2 patent a year (City Clean Sweeper, Hedge cutter THC 360, Hedge cutter for riding lawn mower …)
